These phases were born from real experiences; women before me, mine, and possibly your own experiences. They are reflections of the moments that shape us, the breaking points that birth breakthroughs, and the quiet awakenings that whisper, “You are more than this moment.”

To all the versions of me I was before

You brought me here, and I honor every part of you.
I release the shame. I keep the wisdom. I carry the love.
To the woman I am now
I see your growth, your softness, your strength.
You are not behind. You are blossoming, right on time.
You are worthy of love, especially your own.
To the woman I’m birthing
I feel you rising within me.
You are everything I’ve prayed for and more.
